Rates

Most services are available with a fixed monthly fee or project quotes, which avoids any hourly rate charges. However, hourly rates will apply when the maximum hour limit is reached.

MAINTENANCE PACKAGES

The maintenance packages include web support and site updates every month at discounted rates. Routine maintenance includes support calls, textual updates, image optimization and/or replacement, email account set-up, etc. The maintenance packages do not include developing or designing additional web pages and/or altering the web hierarchy.

PAYMENT TERMS

All payments are based on invoices, with payments due on receipt. Most contracted projects require a 50% deposit with the remaining amount due upon completion. Any additional hourly work will be billed on the final invoice.

KEEPING MAINTENANCE COSTS DOWN

Send everything in electronic/digital format
Prepare and send several updates at a time versus sending several small changes throughout the month. A 30-minute minimum charge applies for all updates, so it's better for you and me to do several updates at once.
Provide as much information and material as possible.
